Journey Through Time and Tide in San Vicente

Traveling always surprises me — one day you’re chasing ancient giants, and the next, you’re sipping coconut juice by the beach. That’s exactly how my day unfolded during my trip to the coast, where I stumbled upon Dinosaur Island, a salt farm, a furniture shop, and, finally, the sea itself.

The morning sun was warm as I stepped into Dinosaur Island The sounds of roaring dinosaurs echoed through the air, and I laughed as a giant T-Rex moved its head toward me as if ready to attack. It felt like walking through a lost world — lush, green, and full of life-sized Dinosaur. For a moment, I forgot I was just a traveler with a camera and felt like an explorer discovering a world frozen in time.

Fro
m there, my journey took me to a salt farm not far away. The smell of the ocean hung in the air, and workers moved gracefully across shallow pools, collecting shining white crystals.
the salt looked like scattered diamonds on glass. Watching them work reminded me how travel isn’t only about beautiful places — it’s also about the people whose hands shape the world around us.

By afternoon, I wandered into a furniture shop along the roadside. The rhythmic tapping of tools filled the room as craftsmen carved smooth tables and sturdy chairs from solid wood. I ran my hand over the polished surface of one, feeling the warmth of the wood. Every piece seemed to tell a story — of patience, skill, and pride in one’s craft. I couldn’t resist buying a small wooden sculpture to take home — a little reminder of this quiet stop along my journey.

As the day drew to a close, I finally reached the beach. The sea stretched endlessly before me, shimmering under the orange sky. I sat on a wooden bench, feeling the salty breeze brush my face. The waves whispered softly, and the world slowed down. The air tasted of salt — the same salt I’d seen harvested that morning — and I smiled at the thought of how every moment of the day had somehow been connected.

Traveling teaches me that beauty isn’t just in grand destinations, but in the unexpected paths that lead there. That day, surrounded by dinosaurs, salt, wood, and waves, I felt like I had journeyed not just through places — but through time itself.
